Where do the tours start?

All our public tours start from a central location in Stockholm. If you have booked a private or custom tour and your hotel is in the city centre, we can arrange to meet at your hotel lobby. Please leave a comment with your hotel’s name and address when booking, and we will confirm if this is available.
What time should I arrive for the tour?

Will you cancel the tour if the weather is bad?

“There is no such thing as bad weather; there is only bad clothing.” We believe in this Norwegian saying, so our tours take place in all weather conditions. Please dress according to the weather forecast and wear comfortable, flat shoes. In winter, we highly recommend extra-warm clothes and gloves.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Who can attend? Are there age restrictions?

We have no specific age restrictions, but public walking tours are unsuitable for young children or people with poor health. We strongly recommend booking a private tour to ensure the pace suits young children, the elderly, or anyone with disabilities.
