Booking Terms & Conditions
A booking is binding for both the tour participants and Adding:tours once the payment is received. For daily tours paid through the website, a booking confirmation and ‘Welcome Information’ email will be sent automatically upon completion. If you do not receive an email within 2 hours, please contact us to ensure the booking process was successful. When booking on behalf of others, it is your responsibility to share critical information with all participants.
Practical Information
- Tours operate in all weather conditions; please dress appropriately and bring a rain jacket if necessary.
- Arrive no later than 10 minutes before the tour starts to avoid missing it. Tours start promptly at the stated time.
- Participants must be able to walk more than 5 km (3 miles) at a reasonable pace, except for our Stockholm Private Small Group disabled/mobility impaired walking tour.
Terms & Conditions for Cancellation
- Full refunds for Daily Private and Small Group Tours are available up to 24 hours before the tour starts. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@addingtours.se.
- For Special/Custom Tours, Corporate/Large Group Tours, and Events, cancellations up to 30 days before departure are free of charge. For cancellations within 30 days, the following apply to the total booking cost:
- 30 – 14 days before departure: 75% refundable
- 14 days – 72 hours before departure: 50% refundable
- Within 72 hours of departure: Non-refundable
- The tour start time is calculated from 08:00 am on the booked date unless otherwise agreed at least 72 hours in advance.
- If booked through a third party, contact them directly for amendments and cancellations.
Tour Content
Tour descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. Each tour is unique, depending on the guide, local traffic, and weather conditions. Specific sights are not guaranteed.
Images and Marketing
By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed by other participants or our representatives. You grant us full permission to use these images for any purpose, in any medium, at any time in the future, without obligation or compensation.
Liability
Participation in our tours is at your own risk. Participants are liable for any damage to persons or property caused by themselves.
Complaints
Any complaints must be communicated in writing to info@addingtours.se within seven days of the tour’s departure date.
Disputes
In case of a dispute, if an agreement cannot be reached during negotiation, any dispute shall be settled according to Swedish law.
